30th Anniversary HBA Gala 2025 by Maison Demi Karan

Brief:
To celebrate three decades of the Hellenic Bankers Association (UK), MDK Communications helped to conceptualise, produce, and manage a prestigious gala evening in London. The brief called for an event that would honour the Association’s legacy while reflecting its evolving role in the global financial landscape.

Maison Demi Karan delivered a seamless, end-to-end production for 300 guests, held at the iconic Langham Hotel. From strategic guestlist curation and protocol-sensitive hosting to elevated creative direction and showrunning, every element was executed with MDK’s signature elegance and precision.

The guest list featured an exceptional mix of international finance leaders, government officials, and cultural icons - including the CEOs of Greece’s largest banks, Christos Megalou & Ruby Georgakopoulou, Francesca Rosella & Ryan Genz of CuteCircuit, Pierre & Lilia Mascolo, and Maria Hatzistefanis. The atmosphere reflected both the gravitas of the occasion and the timeless glamour of the setting, with the entertainment including an Opera performance, 13 people orchestra and a DJ over the course of 6+ hours.
